Shintori restaurant brings you the best in Japanese cuisine. Its décor reflects exquisite touches of architecture from the land of the rising sun.

Operating since 1975, it has attracted myriads of visitors to its doors for authentic Japanese food. Sushis, sashimis, teppanyakis and shabu- shabus (Japanese fondue) are savored in separate rooms. A good option is the sampling menu which offers several different dishes in small portions for diners to get a better idea of what is on the menu. Also right beside the entrance there is a friendly bar and an oriental Zen garden where you can enjoy a quiet stroll. A valet parking service is also provided.

Its extensive menu features everything from teppanyaki, including an incredibly succulent cod, to noodles, with some contemporary innovative cuisine (the “rock and roll salad” is shaken up in a glass canister at your table). Try the cold noodles served in a sculpted ice bowl which is a hot favorite.
