This restaurant has its own livestock to supply the meats, poultry, pork and wild boar. This ensures high quality meat for its demanding clientele.
The family that owns and runs this restaurant serves meat from their ranch in Mato Grosso do Sul State.
With about 800 labels that represent different vinícolas regions of the new and the old world, the cellar of the Rubaiyat, sheltered in a glass box, is one of most complete of the city, with more than 4000 bottles.
Their cellar has been selected for the Magazine Wine Espectator “Best Ward of Excellence 2005” as one of the best ones of the country.
Exclusive cuts preceding from the flock of the Rubaiyat Farm in Golden, as the Picanha Summus, the Bisteca Premium, the Master Beef and the Baby Beef beyond imported meats of Argentina compose the menu of the Rubaiyat. The chicken (race Label Rouge) is ecological and has similar flavor to the Brazilian chicken caipira. The Baby Pork and the Baby Wild boar, have flavorful meat and with little fat.
