Café Piu-Piu

This rocking café is a popular venue and attracts a young crowd. Cafe Piu- Piu – located at Rua 13 de Maio 134 has music every night except Mondays.

The atmosphere is quite lively whilst they play both jazz and rock. Look out for the American band when they play country music wearing 20- gallon hats. Piu- Piu is a good one for MPB, reggae and even tango. Things don't liven up until after 11pm after which you will be sucked into a whirlpool of entertainment.

Café Piu Piu is best- known because it shares all the music styles - jazz and blues, but it also hosts groups that play rock (between Friday and Sunday), bossa nova, and sometimes even tango. Statues, an antique balcony, and marble tables decorate the place endowing it with an old world charm.

Sip great drinks, munch crunchy snacks and mingle with the crowd while watching great music.
