Home to the Formula One

As everyone knows, Sao Paulo is one of the homes to the Formula One Grand Prix. With its race track situated in Interlagos, Sao Paulo, Brazil, Grande Premio do Brasil is held sometime in October with special festivities happening and the ambient noise coming from the deafening fans. The eagerly awaited October 2007 race - which was the Grand Prix's finale race - saw Finnish driver Kimi Raikkonen claim victory and championship over close rivals Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa.
